Donuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 c. finely diced apples
Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
