Latest knitting project

June 5, 2010

I’m so excited about my latest knitting project. It was made from a variegated yarn called Sockotta just like my other sock project. But this yarn surprised me by having a repeat stripe pattern that was just perfect for this little sock.

It ended up fitting my 5 year old with just a little growing room. Isn’t it fun? I can’t wait to get the second one knitted! But it is going to have to wait because today we’re having a tea party to celebrate my other daughter’s 8th birthday! Pictures coming!

How cute. I made socks for all of my kids for christmas but I love this stripes. I’ve never used a yarn that does that so well.

It must run with the name, same as Jenn above, my first thought was “how much do you charge?” This Jenn-name-variation is also knitting challenged!

Adorable! Knitting socks can become very addicting! Just like knitting washcloths, hats, fingerless gloves, scarves, etc… can be! LOL
