Graduation party!

May 22, 2010

Our oldest son is graduating from high school tomorrow, and we’ve got a party planned to celebrate! For a kid who appreciates good food as much as my son does, I wanted to do just a bit more than cake and punch.

Here’s what we’re cooking up:

Bacon-wrapped jalapenos

Tortilla pinwheels

Best Guacamole Ever with chips

Teriyaki meatballs  (meatballs from Costco, teriyaki sauce from FAMILY FEASTS)

Lemon Cake

Jam thumbprint cookies

Mini cheesecakes (thanks, Grandma!!) with cherries on top

~~~
I’m off to cook!   Hope you all have a great weekend, and I hope to see some of you here for the party on Sunday!
