January 6, 2010

Not long ago I was contacted by Not Your Daughter’s Jeans and asked if I wanted to try a pair of their jeans. Since I’ve been hearing about NYD jeans for years, I gave an enthusiastic yes. Perusing their website, I briefly considered the ever-so-trendy skinny leg style, but decided I was just a leetle skeered of them[....]     Click here to read the rest of this review.

For $100/pair they are going to have to make me look three sizes smaller and ten years younger. ;-)

Yes that is pricey for a pair of jeans – considering my last pair of “favorites” were on sale at Old Navy for $16! but if I go back to work and we are allowed denim – a pair of very well fitting “nice pants” would perhaps allow the expense. Although I’m much heavier than you – I also prefer non-Mom jeans – simply more comfortable than that high waist

Believe it or not, I much much prefer Mom jeans with the high waist. I hate hate hate those jeans that reveal too much when I bend over.

I usually buy Gloria Vanderbilt jeans when they’re on sale. They fit best for me.

I put tops on that fit over anyways. ; )

I don’t think I would ever spend a $100 for jeans….the most I ever pd was $58 for my daughter …a pair of Hollister that she just had to have…but for me….never! Think they are on ebay?
