I just love kids!
I love their honesty! Good luck and can’t wait to see some pictures.
Out of the mouths of babes!
Sounds like our house! Bathroom is on my list, too~
oh ouch! that is so funny! I teach my kids to be honest, but sometimes I really wish they’d withhold the truth, lol! it obviously looks great, anyway!
Funny!
it IS a compliment…take it and run!
Occasionally I wonder why we encourage honesty in our children.
Tonight the kids were discussing what they all wanted to be when they grew up (best selling author, pro soccer player, rock star, the usual) – and my almost 7 year old piped in: “I am either going to be a farmer, or a teacher, or nothing – like you, Mom.” Gotta love those 7 year olds!
Why is it that painting jobs take more time than you wanted to give, cost you more than you planned on paying and make you promise that you’ll never do it again?!?!
And then, just like labor you forget the pain and start to think to yourself~I have a free day and can just buy a can of paint and fix up this room, forgetting all that had happened the last time and how you promised to never paint again…starting to sound like a new book “If You Give a Mom a Paint Brush!”

Can’t wait to see the pictures! Hilarious!
Kids are great at “compliments”. Once after having my 6th baby my little one waved his finger up and down my body and said, “Mom, your body is still fat, but your head is really skinny.” He thought he was paying me a great compliment. That’s just what I”ve always wanted, a fat body and a skinny head. lol
LOL wha a ham! I told my hubby who laughed out loud. Your bathroom DOES look wonderful!
Don’t you just love em!
