Tonight, I brought out the two leftover cooked filets, went at 'em with my pastry blender to break 'em up, used chicken broth for the liquid part, then tried to keep with the recipe. I used Newman's Own Italian salad dressing, but left out the tomatoes cuz my mister cain't have those. We give this dish/ meal two thumbs Up, and my son took a nice container full back to his roomies. Thank You! for sharing your expertise....
