Oh now I so want kimchi!!! When I was younger we had friends from Korea that lived in town, they made us a completely Korean dinner at another friends home and we had kimchi…it was my favorite, much to the suprise of the adult woman from our group of friends. They were very shocked that an “american” kid would like this particular spicy hot dish. I loved it, but was the only kid out of all the other children who did. I wish I would have somehow learned how to make it, though I did watch the woman make it, I never learned what all went in it. (yesI know it is not all ‘desirable’, but it was tasty!)
