Mary, We also spent the week camping on the coast. Three nights at Fort Stevens and two nights across the Columbia River at Cape Disappointment on the Washington side near Long Beach. We had never stayed at Cape Disappointment before – great campground with beach access right outside the door of our trailer. LOTS of rain though! We came home one day early because we were so wet!
