    Thank-you!!!

I’ve been saving orange peels this week because I wanted to make this. But I hadn’t gotten around to looking up a recipe yet.

Do you think it would taste good if I added cloves, cinnamon and brandy to the water?

I wonder if this would taste good with lemons? I have tons of those!!!

I made some with limes too, actually. not as sweet, but good!

I made these this weekend, too! Last year I tried it with Grapefruit skins (without chocolate) and they were delicious, very tart and sweet. Great with lemon, too.

I’ve never tried adding spices to the blanching water… the blanching is more to draw the bitterness out of the white pith than to add flavor. But now I’m curious!

This seems like a yummy way to utilize all the orange! Never seen this before! I always feel so bad throwing out rinds…can’t compost them….

Wow, I’ve never heard of “candying” orange peels before, but how can you go wrong with the flavors of orange and chocolate? Mmm….
