Marshmallows have been on my to-do list for a while too. I’ll be interested to see how they turn out.

Mary! I am quite intrigued with the home made marshmallow recipe! Are they better than Jet Puffed? I just might have to give these babies a try!!!

    COOL about the marshmallows!

Anything with Oreos gets my vote.

I’ve been reading you for a while but am just now delurking to say that the festive fudge recipe you linked to is one of my all time favorite recipes. My family expects me to make it every year. But I must issue this warning, if you make it as gifts, divide it into little bags placed in cute Christmas mugs, don’t leave them in the car to give to friends after church because during the hour you spend worshiping, it might melt and look like a little pile of…uhm…something you don’t want to eat. Not that happened to me or anything :-)

Marshmallows are super easy and fabulous. I have been making them for several years. They make unique, inexpensive and well loved Christmas gifts for teachers and co-workers. I get asked if I will be making them as early as October!
