Wow, that is so incredible! Do you have a dehydrator? I am experimenting with drying in my oven but wondering if a dehydrator would be a good investment. Do the dried things last all year in your pantry?

Wow, wow, wow!!! That is soooo motivating!!!! It is Spring here in Australia and I am planning my garden And looking forward to all the canning that is ahead of me! I know at the end of it all I’ll be just like you, relieved that it is all over! LOL!
