Growing up – a friend of ours had “Mondu” day the end of the summer. Severla moms got together and did assembly-line mondu prep. Then she would freeze it all, and we all got it back in spades at Christmas.
IAlthough this happened every year of my growing, I never had to courage to try homemade myself. However, we do get the pre-made kind and eat it every Christmas Eve to carry on the tradition.
Maybe, just maybe, I’ll start the tradition again.

Oh. I reread your post. Looks like you bought it!
It got top reviews from the magazine. You’ll have to let me know how it is!

I’m adding it to my wish list.
I’m trying to think of a nutritious and cheap recipe for you. I noticed while staying with a large family this summer that I don’t know how to cook for that many!
I’ve not made it on your blog for AGES! I decided to read from the beginning of Sept today. Summer for me didn’t have a lot of time to read blogs
